By car

From the north

Autobahn A5 Karlsruhe–Basel, exit 61 »Freiburg Nord«, towards Freiburg until exit »Industriegebiet Freiburg-Nord«. At the first traffic light straight ahead direction Lörrach (Mooswaldallee / Lembergallee). At the fifth traffic light turn left into Tullastrasse.

You will find the institute's parking lot in approx. 500 m on the right side.

From the south

Autobahn A5 Basel–Karlsruhe, exit 62 »Freiburg Mitte«, towards Freiburg, third exit »Offenburg/Industriegebiet Freiburg-Nord« (Paduaallee / Granadaallee / Lembergallee).
At the second traffic light turn right into Tullastrasse.
You will find the institute's parking lot in approx. 500 m on the right side.

By train / Freiburg Central Railway Station

Taxis

Taxis (recommended) can be found at the main entrance.
Driving time approx. 12 minutes.

Local public transport

Tramline 1 direction »Landwasser«, change at stop »Paduaallee« to VAG-bus 24 direction »Gundelfingen-Bahnhof« (only hourly service!), exit at stop »Badenova«.
You will find the Institute across the road. Travel time at least 20 minutes.

By plane / Airports

Baden-Airpark Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden

Take a rental car and follow the instructions »From the north«.

Euro-Airport Basel-Mulhouse

Airport bus to Freiburg Central Railway Station, Travel time approx. 55 minutes. Then follow the instructions »By train«.
